Project Objectives:

• Documenting DEVCON Bangkok 2024: Capture the essence of the event with dynamic coverage, including talks, workshops, and interviews with leaders and enthusiasts in the cryptocurrency industry. Our team will be actively involved, documenting not just the content of the sessions, but also the energy and engagement of participants, creating a comprehensive visual narrative of the event.

• Produce "Gnars in Bangkok" Mini Documentary: Create a high-quality mini documentary that captures the key moments of DEVCON 2024 and our side events, blending interviews and skateboarding activities. We'll generate and distribute visual content such as photos, videos, and GIFs, making it all available on-chain across Gnars platforms. Additionally, we'll provide live coverage of the event's opening, closing, and significant highlights on Instagram and Discord, keeping the community engaged with real-time updates.

• Exploring Thai Culture and the Global Reach of Gnars: Beyond the conference, delve into Thailand's rich culture, traditions, and landscapes. Conduct Q&A sessions with locals from diverse backgrounds, focusing on their views on blockchain and highlighting the global impact of Gnars and Noggles. This exploration will showcase how these elements connect with remote and culturally rich areas, emphasizing GnarsDAO's presence worldwide.

Proposed Itinerary:

Logistics for the Gnars Team:

• Arrival in Bangkok: November first/second week
• Stay in Bangkok: Before DEVCON Bangkok 2024, we’ll explore the city and capture skateboarding footage. During the event, we’ll be based near the venue with Nounish partners. On November 18, we’ll drive two hours to the Skate House for a special gathering and mini-event with attendees. We’ll then spend two days at a beach area before returning to Brazil on November 23.

This schedule ensures ample time for content creation, networking, and cultural exploration in Bangkok.

• Brand Visibility: Wearing and promoting Gnars merchandise, such as Noggles boards, keychains, and stickers, at the event will help us spread awareness about our brand. Our goal is to leave a lasting impression, ensuring that Gnars is remembered long after the event concludes.

• Merch up: Our plan is to bring a suitcase filled with Gnars and Nouns products, including stickers, recycled Noggles keychains, and Noggles boards, to distribute to event participants. We’ll engage the community through "Funny Talks," interactive Q&A sessions about Gnars/Nouns, using these items to spark conversations. Our primary goal is to sell as many Gnars NFTs as possible during the conference, aiming for around 100 sales by encouraging the exchange of Noggles/Gnars products in conjunction with NFT purchases.

All visual content will be made available on-chain for NFT minting. We’ll also engage our community with live IG sessions during the event. Additionally, we’re seeking partnerships to maximize exposure, including applying for discounted and free tickets, in case we are able to save this money it will be invested into media promotion.
